Gewürztraminer 2019 ($20 per bottle)
This is not your Grandma’s Gewürztraminer! This wine is intensely aromatic and off-dry. On the nose and in the mouth discover pineapple, lychee and rose, with a mild citrusy finish. A wonderfully food friendly wine!
12 hours of skin contact followed by a slow and cool fermentation to preserve aromatics. Our third estate vintage of this grape is beginning to show maturing of these grape vines, with increased mouthfeel. A splash of Schonberger and Muscat were added to the blend to enhance aromatics and complexity.

Pinot Gris 2019 ($20 per bottle)
This is a clean, crisp Pinot Gris that reflects the terroir of the Creston Valley. On the nose find rich aromas of fresh orchard fruits. A medium body texture, with a flavor profile of peach, nectarine and faint honey; finishing with a zesty spine of refreshing citrus and minerality.
Fermented in two separate batches. One batch saw 2-4 hours of skin contact, followed by whole berry crushing and fermentation in stainless steel. The second batch saw whole bunch crushing, fermentation in stainless steel and 4 months of fine lees contact.

An artful blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 12 months in French oak. Bold aroma and flavors of caramel, red fruit, vanilla and spice.
23 days of skin contact for optimum tannin extraction. 12 months in French Oak.

Rosé ($25 per bottle)
Raspberry, rhubarb and a subtle vanilla finish. Bright and refreshing, with a hint of minerality. This wine was made for summer days.
An intriguing blend of Gamaret, Marquette, Schonberger, Gewürztraminer and muscat. Maceration from 4 to 12 hours. Cool fermented in stainless steel.
Fruit: Marquette (35%), Gamaret (15%), Schonberger (20%) and Gewürztraminer (20%), muscat (10%)
