This is a light and delicate, off-dry Gewurztraminer. Discover honeydew, leechee, rose and a mild citrus finish.

Winemaking:

24 hours of skin contact followed by a slow and cool fermentation to preserve aromatics. Co-fermented with a small amount of Schonberger to soften and add aromatic complexity.

Gewurztraminer: 85%
Schonberger: 15%
