Cabernet franc pomace was rehydrated with water and left to macerate for about 7 days. We added honey and sugar and bottled just before fermentation was finished to capture natural bubbles.
Light, spritzy, watermelon and bubble gum.
Our retail sales are now closed for the season, but we are still available at various private liquor stores and restaurants in the Kootenays. (and we have a few bottles of Atelier you can purchase here)
Our wine club is sold out for 2021, but you can sign up here for the 2022 season as we will be opening up more spaces.
