Gewürztraminer 2023

This is a light and delicate, off-dry Gewurztraminer. Discover crisp, bright citrus, lychee and melon.
- Gewurztraminer: 85%
- Schonberger: 15%
- Alc. 12.3%
- pH 3.09
- TA 6.6 g/L
- RS 5 g/L
Winemaking:
24 hours of skin contact followed by a slow and cool fermentation to preserve aromatics. Co-fermented with a small amount of Schonberger to soften and add aromatic complexity.
Pinot Gris 2023
($25 per bottle)
This is a clean, crisp Pinot Gris that reflects the terroir of the Creston Valley. Off dry, medium body, with a flavour profile of fresh orchard fruit, apple, poached pear, citrus.

Winemaking:
Fermented in stainless steel to preserve crisp fruit aromas and flavors. A portion under went malo-lactic fermentation to soften and add complexity to the wine.
Atelier Red 2022

Medium bodies, blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Black cherry, raspberry, cassis, spice and vanilla. Unfined and unfiltered.

Atelier Red 2021 - Wine Club Exclusive

A full bodies blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Ripe red fruit, vanilla and baking spice. 2021 was the year of the ‘heat dome’, giving us really ripe fruit. Aged for 12 months in a combination of new, second fill and neutral French and American oak.
Unfined and unfiltered!

This wine is made for summer days. Ripe strawberries, cranberry, hints of vanilla.

Piquette 2023

We produced a very limited quantity of piquette this year.
What is Piquette and why did we want to make it?? Piquette is a beverage drank by French farm workers centuries ago, who made a ‘second wine’ from pomace. It is a naturally low alcohol and spritzy beverage. We heard about it, loved the idea and wanted to try it!
A super clean, fresh, light and crushable summer drink! Schonberger and Gewurztraminer pomace was rehydrated with water and left to macerate about 7 days and then pressed off. Semi fermented gewurztraminer was added to co-ferment.
Tart, citrus, apricot and hibiscus.
Sparkling Rose 2022

Made with Pinot Noir from Victoria’s Vineyard. Made in the traditional method. Aged on lees for 12 months. Delicate pale pink. Fresh strawberries and cream.

Pinot Noir 2021 - Wine Club Exclusive

Our First Vintage of Pinot Noir. This is a full bodied Pinot Noir, resulting from the exceptional heat in 2021. Cherry Cola, fresh raspberries and vanilla.
Winemaking:
Aged for 12 months in a combination of new and neutral French oak. Unfined and unfiltered!
