45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 45 % Merlot. Aged 18 months in French oak. Spice, plum, oak, black current. Pronounced tannins. Goes well with red meats, braised lamb and camp fires. Grapes from 30-year-old vines from Hawks Vineyard in the Okanagan.
