Rosé 2023

A 50/50 blend of Marquette and Foch. Both of these grape varieties are rising stars in our portfolio, with these vines ability to withstand mother natures ups and downs. We co-fermented both varieties together in stainless steel at low temperatures to retain fresh, fruity notes. Fresh summer strawberry, vanilla and pomegranate!
